How we work
Acoustics is already in your budget.
It is in the site layout, the equipment selections, the partitions, the glazing, the structure. The money is being spent, but it is scattered across a dozen other trades and never added up, so nobody sees what acoustics is costing the project and nobody engineers it as one thing.
That is how a project ends up paying three times for the same problem, or paying nothing until it fails a test after occupancy. A barrier gets built to solve something a change to the mechanical layout would have handled for free, and the courtyard it now overlooks is worse for it.
We started this firm to work the other way around: our engineers in the room while those decisions are still open, alongside the rest of the team.
